- Most of our items are imported internationally from Japan, Korea, China and Thailand.

3. Do you do meet ups or can we pick up the items from your office?

- No, all orders are delivered to the shipping address indicated on your shipping information.

4. Do you have a physical store? Can I visit to shop?

- Our company is mainly focused on Online Shopping. As we are promoting E-Commerce, we do not need a shop.

5. Where are you located?

- Our main office and warehouse is located at Binondo Manila.

About Items:

1. How can I know if an item is available or not?

- All of our items are on hand, items that you can "ADD TO CART" are available and ready for shipping. If you see an item with the "REQUEST TO RESTOCK" button instead, that means the item is currently sold out.

2. If I click the "REQUEST TO RESTOCK" button, how long will I expect the item to be restocked.

- There is no definite date for restock nor assurance that it will be restocked. Restocking depends on the number of requests. Clicking the button means that once the item is already in stock you will automatically be notified via email.

5. What if item received is damaged/defective?

- Please inform any of our Support Specialist as soon as it was received. GoBuy.com.ph will have it replaced and shoulder your shipping fee as long as it is returned within 7 days. ShopThisEasy.com will no longer accept returns once the 7 days has elapsed.

About Payment

2. I paid via Credit Card, it did not go through, if I want to try my another card, do I have to create another order again?

- No, just click the "My Orders", view your order, and click "Pay Now" button to pay again.

3. My credit card can’t go through but it has an available balance to proceed, what will I do?

- Please coordinate with your bank, for card issues and limitations, it will still be your card provider to be contacted.

4. I paid via GCash, my order amount was deducted but the status of my order is still unpaid, what will I do?

- Notify any of our Live Support Specialists or email us at support@gobuy.com.ph. We will reach you directly and assist you on how to proceed.

5. How to change mode of payment?

About Shipping

1. How much is the shipping charge?

- We offer Free Metro Manila Shipping for orders worth of Php 999 or above, free Nationwide Shipping for orders worth of Php 1999 or above, for orders did not reach the minimum to avail free shipping, fee is only Php99 for Metro Manila and Php149 Nationwide.


2. What's your courier? Is it door to door delivery or I have to pick up the items?

- Our courier for Metro Manila is Xend and Cliqnship, nationwide shipping are handled by LBC. All of the orders are door to door delivery except for very rare cases that shipping address is outside the delivery areas of the said couriers.

3. How many days will I receive the items once I have settled the payment?

- Our cut off time is 3pm, order paid on or before 3PM will be dispatched same day. Arrival of the items is 1-2 business days within Metro Manila, 2-3 business days for nationwide shipping. If payment has been made and confirmed after 3pm or on a Sunday, orders will be dispatched on next business day. If your order has items that come from a third party merchant, arrival of the items is 5-10 working days.

4. Can I request to pick up my order at any LBC branches?

- Yes, but this is possible for Nationwide shipping only. You may indicate the exact LBC branch in the "memo" field upon creating the order.

5. How will I know if my order is already dispatched?

- You will receive a Shipment Notification Email with the complete tracking details once your time has been dispatched. It is being sent around 7-8pm Mondays to Saturdays. In case you haven’t received the email, you may login to your member center (My Orders) and view the order to see the order status and the tracking number.

6. How to track my shipment?

7. Can I assign someone to receive the items in case I am not around?

- Yes, kindly indicate the name of the person in the "memo" field upon creating the order.
