Return Policy and conditions:
1. The purchased item/s should be returned within 7 calendar days upon receipt.
2. The purchased item subject for return must not be used and its tag is still intact; it should be placed in the original box and/or packaging. Items that are returned with different packaging STRICTLY for bags and shoes will be rejected and return warranty will automatically be void.
3. An item can only be exchanged for another of the same value or the exact item with different color, size or model (if available). Exchange of item is once per item and order, respectively. Take note that for exchange item/s, shipping cost is charged on the customer.
4. For items that are returned for no reason and be opted to have the amount credited to account holder’s Pre Deposit, shipping charge will be deducted for items that are not defective.
5. We offer free retrieval for defective items within Metro Manila, while for Provincial areas, any fees occurred to ship the item to back to us will automatically be credited to the account holder’s pre- deposit.
6. For refunds with the amount of P150 and below will not be cash refunded. It will be credited as Pre- Deposit.
7. Cash refunds are done for orders paid via COD, Bank Deposit, Remittance, Globe GCash payments while refund for PayPal/Credit Card transactions, refund will be credited to the account holder’s Bank Issuer.
8. We at GoBuy.com.ph take account for any shipping mishaps. Should there be any wrong or defective item delivered to you, we replace it immediately without any shipping charge. We also allow full refund if, and only if, the item you purchased is no longer available and would not like to exchange it for another different product. Once the item is returned, we will deposit the refund directly to your account within 3-5 working days in any of the following banks: BDO, BPI and MetroBank. However, if you don’t have any accounts on the aforementioned banks, we’ll consider your refund money as a pre-deposit point that can be use upon the next purchase of any items here at the store.
